Colorado Association of Community Educators

The purpose of this organization shall be the initiation, expansion and improvement of the community education philosophy as an integral necessary part of the community development process. CACE is established to enhance greater communication between community educators and community organizations throughout the state. Membership is open to all persons, institutions and organizations. Active membership will be those persons who have paid dues in full and are registered voters. All active members are entitled to all privileges of the association, voting rights, receipt of publications, and right to hold elected or appointed offices. Organizational and Friends of CACE memberships are also available. Membership year runs from Annual Fall Conference to the succeeding Annual Fall Conference.

CACE Board of Directors:
Meets no less than three times per year.
Is responsible for policies of the association.
Is responsible for the annual report.
Is responsible for the by-laws approved by the membership.
